The City Clerk’s office handles most of the business duties for the City of Lawrenceville, including payroll, billing, building permits and city council minutes. The City Clerk also answers questions concerning zoning and plots to the City Cemetery.

Building Permits
In order to purchase a building permit, it has to comply with current zoning requirements. A description of improvements and dimensions will be required. Before starting the project, contact the City Clerk.

Cemetery Plots
A burial plot in the Lawrenceville city cemetery contains two spaces. Half plots are also available. Please contact the City Clerk to determine open locations and cemetery rules.
